Vendor Payment

Thank you for being a vital part of the Golden Gate kennel club dog show. Vendors are allowed access to the Cow Palace on Friday (January 24th) at 8am for booth set-up. The event services company, Special Events have taken orders from those of you who want to rent tables, chairs and another booth equipment.

No product should arrive prior to January 20, 2020. And please mark all product with your booth number, your name or business name if possible. For those vendors requiring forklift assistance in unloading and moving products and materials, the Cow Palace will itemize the charges for the forklift and the operator. Consequently, please be prepared to be billed following the show for those services. Show hours are from 8am to 5pm. Please download and review the Cow Palace parking information on our Vendor page.

Sunday, January 26, 2020, you will be able to move out after the North and South 1 have been cleared approximately 6pm. Cow Palace staff will inform you when you can drive in. If you are in the concourse or lobby you will not be able to drive in until after Best In Show, but you are welcome to carry out to the North or South Hall to load up.

Information (DAA) also must be signed, dated and returned with your contract. Please note not all information is applicable to Dog Show vendors.
